7. Delivery and reception

7.3 Delivery periods

The delivery periods, following validation of your order, are as follows:

- Colissimo Followed by the POST OFFICE: 2 to 3 days in France. In ceratins case, this postal time can go up to 5 days wrought
- In Europe from 4 to 7 days.

For any order confirmed before 13h, of Monday at Friday (except public holidays), the sending of the order will the very same day take place within the limit of stock available.

7.4. Return of the products

The carriage costs of the parcel of return remain with the load of the Purchaser. The initial expenses of delivery are not refunded. To turn over an article, the Purchaser must follow the following instructions:

2. Fill, print and join, to the parcel, the Returning Formular from the capricedorient.com site. The returns without the Returnng Formular are not accepted.

Any return due to an error of address or an impossibility of nonascribable delivery to .capricedorient.com. will be refacturé.

8. Retractation

In accordance with the article L. 121-20 of the code of consumption, the Purchaser has a seven days deadline frank as from the date of reception, to turn over to his expenses, the ordered products, for refunding.
The products must imperatively be send back to capricedorient.com in a perfect state, in their state of origin (packing, accessories, note.), duly sealed, and accompanied by the good of return signed according to the procedure described to article 7.4 above.

This right of retractation is exerted without penalty, except for the expenses of return.
On the assumption of the exercise of the right of retractation, the consumer has the choice to ask either for the refunding of the paid sums, or the exchange of the product.

In the event of excercice of the right of retractation, "capricedorient.com " will make all the efforts to refund the consumer within 15 day.
